Once a package has left our facility we are no longer responsible. Xtreme Kurves is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged packages during transit time please contact USPS 1-800-275-8777
ABSOLUTELY NO REFUNDS. Exchanges are only allowed on waist trainers NO FULL BODY GARMENTS, SWIM SUITS OR BUTT LIFTERS CAN BE EXCHANGED.
If an item is returned to sender (Xtreme Kurves) the customer is responsible for the reship fee. If customer refuses to pay reship fee a refund will be sent minus a 20% restocking fee and the shipping fee is non-refundable.

We allow one exchange per order only; so please be mindful of the item and size.
Please get approval before shipping any garments back. PLEASE EMAIL XKCustomercare@gmail.com. Must ship back 3 days from the date of delivery arrival. WEEKENDS ARE NOT INCLUDED! BUSINESS DAYS ONLY! THE BUYER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR SHIPPING THE EXCHANGE TO US AND THE BUYER IS ALSO RESPONSIBLE FOR SHIPPING THE EXCHANGE BACK IN RETURN. We, Xtreme Kurves, is not responsible for any shipping charges regarding an exchange. Our products can be found on all social media sites; from Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest and Twitter.
Once an exchange is received: please allow 48 hours for an approval credit code to be sent. We do inspect each return for wear and tear!
If your product is shipped and delivered successfully; we Xtreme Kurves is not responsible for any wear and tear past 7 business days we are not responsible for damaged products in which we consider wear and tear. Shape wear is not included. We do not exchange shape wear under no circumstances.
